B Complex

This B-Complex from Orzax arrived as shown on the listing here. I’ve used some Orzax products in the past and I was curious as to this B-Complex from them. It's got what you'd expect to find in a B-Complex, the amounts of each ingredient vary, and there’s also 20mg of Choline per serving.This bottle here has 120 servings, with each dose being 1 capsule. I haven’t had any odd reactions to it, so it seems decent. Worth a try if you are looking for a different type of B-Complex. For me, the capsules go down fine, and my stomach has no issues. Made in Turkey.

These vitamins were big in size, but didn’t seem to give me any burps like other gel caps do after swallowing which is great.I did not notice any unusual extreme taste or smell with these, they just smell and taste like vitamins.The bottle cap was protected with shrink wrap around and completely sealed around the top (I used a box cutter to get it open), but once I removed that plastic part and unscrewed the cap itself, there was no additional seal inside like most vitamins or medicines. It didn’t have any silica gel pack either to keep the vitamin pills from getting moisture either.Other than needing improvement on the packaging, I think these B vitamins are a good value.

A balanced B-complex with inositol and choline is essential! This is it. Do your research and when you decide adding a balanced B-complex with inositol and choline, consider this product. I think you’ll be glad you did!The bottle is sealed tightly with shrink wrap and a seal over the opening, so there will be no danger of tampering. The product is fresh: I received my product in September 2022 and the expiration date is October 2024.No B vitamin tastes particularly GOOD, but this one is not bad at all. Take with some food and drink, and you’ll find it quite easy to tolerate.It is very important to balance your B-vitamin intake. B1 and B2 (and all the other Bnumbers!) HAVE to be taken in certain proportion to eachother for maximum health. Also the inositol and choline are a part of that specific equation. Each part in this formulation is carefully balanced with the other to provide maximum B-benefits!I am VERY glad to have this as a component of my health regimen and am pleased with this company.

My mother's answer for everything was "B complex," so I tend not to think to supplement it. (Long story, but I've always been resistant to taking my mother's advice, may she RIP.) But I've been feeling fatigued and not terribly mentally sharp for a good long while now (I'm pushing 70), so I decided to get this product and start taking it regularly at lunchtime. So far, I've only been taking it a few days, so it's hard to rave about it just yet, but for the price (about $6/month, and the bottle has a four-month supply), I'm going to take these at least until this first bottle is gone. I really do hope my mother was right!

The ORZAX Vitamin B Complex is a great way to supplement your B vitamins. It a superdose of all of them choline added. This supports energy production, brain health, and other vital bodily functions.My only complaints are 1) aside from the outer, shrink plastic seal, the inner bottle isn't sealed. 2) The capsules are normal sized but have a bit of powder on them and a very distinct and somewhat unpleasant vitamin taste and aroma.
