Helps me with sleep, carb cravings

I've used this for both carb cravings and help getting to sleep and it has helped me with both. I had been using another brand, but in order to test this, i stopped taking my other brand and sealed this into my routine, and if anything, experienced better results... maybe because this has additional ingredients besides just 5HTP.The price on this, currently, is not competitive compared to what i have been using, so i would only recommend this product for you if it's currently at a competitive price, or if the combination of ingredients in addition to the main ingredient of 5HTP is of benefit to you.I am pleased with these capsules and what they did for me. They were safety sealed, in tact, did not stick to each other, and went down just fine.

Best Supplement Before Ging to Bed

Taking this will help you sleep and stay asleep. It does is with natural ingredients which IMO is better than taking "real" sleeping pills. You don't wake up the next morning in a "fog", like many sleep helps cause you to do. All in all a good product with a good reputation for its ingredients.I would suggest you try it and see how your body reacts - it's always been helpful for me.

It’s made in Turkey. Ingredients seem good, with a lot of benefits. Smells a little funny. Easy to swallow. Rhodiola is a stimulant so maybe don’t take before bed. Will keep you posted as I see or don’t see benefits using.

Wonderful sleep supplement, may only need one capsule.

If you find yourself having weird dreams, try halving the dose and that is what worked for me. 100mg can be a lot to start with but the other supplements in this sleep blend are great. I was able to halve the dose and then begin taking the full dose by the weekend.
